At It's Mine Official Club, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following guidelines regarding exchanges and refunds.
*Exchange Policy
1. We are happy to offer size exchanges within 3 days from thedate of parcel delivered.
2. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with size exchanges. (RM8 for West Malaysia, RM15 for East Malaysia, RM30 for Singapore).
3. Please note that no item exchanges or refund is acceptable.
4. Please note that item exchanges are only accepted in cases where an incorrect or defective item has been received, kindly contact us via Instagram (@its.mine_official) within 3 days after parcel delivered. We will proceed only if the clothes tag has not been removed and items have not been washed.
5. Its Mine Official Club will responsible for the round trip shipping costs occurred if wrong size / wrong item / defective items within 3 days after parcel has been delivered.
6. All Items under Sales / Promotion category cannot be returned.
7. To be eligible for an exchange, items must remain unused, in their original condition(tag atached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered), We cannot accept exchanges for items that are dirty, damaged, or have an unpleasant odor.
8. We only allow to proceed exchange for size, not including FREE Size. Exchange in terms of type or colours are not accepted.
9. All Exchange services can only made 1 time per order number.
10. We reserve the right to reject any returns / exchange request that unqualified for our exchange and return policy.
*Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns and refunds are only offered in the event that a defective item is received, and the item is fully sold out.
2. Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for return and refunds.
3. Please not that once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
